WHAT DOES HOSPICE SERVICES OFFER?
When a patient is admitted under hospice care, they will be provided of everything that they will need to manage their symptoms at the comfort whatever location the patient calls home. This includes a hospice interdisciplinary team who will work hand in hand to give the best possible care that the patient will need, prescription and over the counter medications, durable medical equipment and supplies required to manage patient's diagnosis.

Private Home or Residence
Assisted Living Facilities
Board and Care
Skilled Nursing Facilities
Senior Residential Homes
WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR HOSPICE CARE?
When a patient has a terminal illness and the treatments are no longer working, patients and/or family may opt to forego further treatment, thats when hospice comes in. Hospice care starts when patient and family has made a choice to receive comfort care over curative care and agrees on receiving symptom management rather than aggressive treatment.

Medicare

HMO or Private Insurance
Self Pay
